Refund policy

Cowboy Up Chocolates cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit, however, once the products leave our store, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. If a package is stolen or missing please contact your shipping provider.

If at any time you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at chocolates@cowboyupchocolates.com or call 325-949-3248 with your name and order information and we will contact your right away. We will do everything we can to make your experience with Cowboy Up Chocolates an excellent one.
