There is a place in West Texas called the Concho Valley. The people who live there expect your word to be your bond, that you respect women, children and the elderly—and where quality is a way of life. This is where our Signature Chocolate, the original "Concho Caramel"™ was born. Handmade in small batches to ensure quality and taste. Made with a soft, chewy caramel center, loaded with pecans, then infused with a touch of Kahlúa, and lovingly wrapped with silky smooth Brussels milk chocolate.
Exclusively at COWBOY-UP Chocolates.
Mexico is our southern border so we have a lot of delicious Mexican flavors that influence our West Texas cuisine. The idea for our Almonds de Leche originated from the flavor of the Tres Leche Cake. It’s a Spanish flavor of rich Dulce de Leche cream and white chocolate.

At 5 am you headed up the trail after finishing your big, tin cup of thick, black coffee that was scalding on the campfire. About mid-afternoon, you have a cravin' for some more Joe, but it's long gone. So you dig around in your saddlebag and bring out your "Cappuccino Tail Trash™" for a caffeine kick. Ahh, life is good.
There was a cowboy from Barnhart named Bartholomew who barged into a bar one night and asked the bartender if he had ever tried our gourmet bars. The bartender said they were the best, bar none and a bargain at any price, plus- the unique flavors will really give you something to crow about…
